    In the 1990s there were a few commercials that had Fred Astaire using a vacuum or John Wayne arguing about beer. I remember some concern about what is now hapening.

      Ah yes! It has come up a few times over the decades, and it seems to happen each time there is a jump in the technology to make the process easier (and more convincing).
