No school today, just a cartoon edition of Mission Log. First, how many Spocks is too many? Find out in The Infinite Vulcan. Then science and magic are interchangeable, as are aliens and the devil in The Magicks of Megas Tu.
I know I’m late to this one, but seriously how is there no mention of the truly bizarre end of The Infinite Vulcan where Sulu talks about being inscrutable in order to perform his judo flip!? I was so puzzled / flabbergasted I immediately took to Google to learn about the trope of the ‘inscrutable Asian’ that the scene was apparently lampooning.
I only just saw this episode for the first time today and was also struck by this ending. The whole episode made me shake my head more than once, actually.
